Returns & Repairs Policy

Returns (14 Days)
Customers are entitled to return their EquiJack product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please ensure that a tracked postal or courier service is used, as refunds will only be processed once the item has been received.

If the item is being returned due to a confirmed fault or defect, EquiJack will cover the cost of return postage. In all other circumstances, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty (12 Months From Date Of Order)
All EquiJack products are supplied with a 12-month warranty. During this period, any faults or defects arising under normal use will be remedied by way of a complimentary repair or replacement, at our discretion.

Please note that general wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not considered faults and are therefore not covered under this warranty.

Repairs Beyond Warranty
After the initial 12-month warranty period has expired, we continue to support our products with a repair service. Please note that repairs carried out beyond the warranty period will incur a cost, which will be confirmed prior to work being undertaken.

Important Notes

• Returns, repairs, or replacements cannot be processed until the item has been received and inspected.
• All returns must be sent using a tracked service. 
• We do not offer a free returns service .  The return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is being returned due to a confirmed fault or defect and is within the 12 month warranty period.
