The EquiJack must be only be used with your GP's consent if you have any injuries or conditions which may be exacerbated by lifting.
Always check the EquiJack and it's parts are in good working order and undamaged before each use. Failing to do this could cause injury.

We do offer returns providing the EquiJack is in the same condition it was when it arrived with you. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your EquiJack you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your product to receive a full refund. Please note the return postage fee is the responsibility of the buyer, we advise posting the return using a tracked service as refunds cannot be issued until we receive the product.
The EquiJack uses a 3:1 lift ratio making heavy haynets considerably easier to lift.
Each EquiJack has a cleat to hold the haynet in place making it easier to tie.
Tying a haynet with the EquiJack typically takes just over a minute.
